Fees & Rates
We are flexible in designing our fee structures for particular deals and are willing to negotiate our scopes of work, fees and teams to provide our services in a manner most suited to the needs of our client. We bill our service based on the intensity of our efforts, the responsibility assumed by us, the complexity of the matter and the result achieved.
Our fee structures are generally divided into four types:
- a basic monthly retainer fee for pre-agreed legal services;
- a success fee based on certain percentages from the transaction value to be agreed per transaction;
- a fixed fee for short term assignment (less than 3 months);
- a lump-sum fee for a certain period of case or certain stage of case;
- an incidental fee for any legal services mutually agreed with our clients; and
- hourly fee, when necessary.
Under our fee structures, our clients will not have to worry about unexpected increase in their legal costs. At the same time such fee structures would align our interest with the clients in securing a good deal.
Nonetheless, we would like to put the client’s interest first within the fee and rates arrangement.
